Where It All Started

It all started with a graphic tee — one I made just for myself, just for fun. But every single time I wore it out, strangers would stop me and ask, "Where did you get that?!" Over and over again, people fell in love with my designs before I ever thought of selling them. That reaction from real people — that genuine excitement — was all the push I needed. If they loved it that much, maybe others would too.

So I started selling, and Southern Obsession Co. was born.

What "Southern Obsession" Really Means

I'm a southern girl through and through — born, raised, and still living in the deep south of Georgia. Southern Obsession Co. isn't just a name I came up with. It's literally who I am: a girl obsessed with all things southern and classy, especially when it comes to clothes. I wanted to create a place where women like me could find pieces that feel like home — stylish, affordable, and full of that southern charm that's hard to put into words but impossible to miss.

 

My Story: Faith, Fight & Fashion

In 2016, my life changed in an instant. A four-wheeler accident left me fighting for my life in the hospital. The doctors and surgeons didn't think I would ever walk or talk again. But God had other plans.

Through months of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy — through every hard day and every small victory — I healed. And I came out the other side with a fire in me that nothing could put out.

 

SOC is my proof. It's my living testimony that with God's guidance and a whole lot of determination, you can build something beautiful from the ground up — even when the odds are stacked against you. I didn't start this business to make money. I started it to share my love for southern fashion and to pour my heart into something that truly matters to me.

This is not a job. This is not just a hobby. SOC is my absolute passion. I wake up every single morning excited to serve my customers and find new ways to grow.

What Makes SOC Different

I will stop my whole life to make sure my customers are taken care of — no matter what that means. Lack of sleep? I'll stay up. Losing a few dollars to make something right? Worth it every time. When you shop with SOC, you're not just a transaction. You're the reason I do this.
